1. Check your mailbox
All administrator invites will be sent from '[email protected]'
2. Enter your email address and temporary password
The temporary password is listed within the onboarding email the user received
3. Create a new password by filling in the required fields and then click 'Submit'
A valid mobile number is required for Two-factor authentication (2FA)
4. Enter your email address and your new password
5. Restricted Access to all features until WWCC is upload and cited
6. Click on Supported Documents
7. Enter Personal details
8. Click on Next
9. Select Type of Check
10. Enter WWCC details
11. Input Issue date
12. Input Expiry date
13. Select on Upload a Working with Children Check Document
14. Attach working with children check file
15. Select on Upload file
16. Click on Submit
17. Once your WWCC has been cited you will be able to access features of the system
