1. Go to playfootball.com.au. Sign in to your Football Network account


2. Select "Manage My Registrations"


3. Sign in to PlayFootball

Please note if you have created your account using Google, you must select 'Sign in with Google'


4. Click on "My Registrations"

Click on "My Registrations"


5. Click on the 3 dots on the relevant registration and select 'Refund Request'

A Refund request will only be available if your registration is 'Awaiting Approval'

If you have been Approved click - How to Submit a De-registration and Refund Request

If you are requesting a refund on behalf of a participant and cannot view their registration, you may still have link them through 'Family Management'. Further instructions can be found on this support article HERE.


6. Select your reason behind the refund request



7. Add a note or comment for the request



8. Click on Submit Request

Click on Submit Request


8. Your refund request has been submitted

You will be able to see this pop up after successfully submitting your request
