  • This means that the gender set on your profile does not match the club's requirements.

  • You should contact the club directly to enquire if they have created the product to allow the correct gender of people to register.

  • If the gender is incorrect on the participants profile, please contact the PlayFootball support team.

Exceeded max registrations per season: 

  • You can only hold one active club football playing registration per season.

  • If you wish to be registered more than once as a player, you would need to contact your club, who will, in turn, discuss it with the member federation.
