Sign in to the PlayFootball administrator portal HERE.
1. Navigate to the 'ID Cards' tab
2. Click on 'Team Groups'
3. Click on 'Create New Team Group'
⚠️ Please note Team Groups need to be created first before
4. Type in 'Group Name'
5. Type in 'Sort Order'
6. Click on 'Create Team Group'
7. Click on 'Teams'
8. Click on 'Create New Team'
9. Type in 'Team Name'
10. Select Team Group
11. Click on 'Select Products'
⚠️ Products need to be selected in order to add participants to this team. You can select multiple products
12. Click on relevant registration product from the list
13. Click on 'Select Products'
14. Click on 'Create Team'
15. Click on 'Add Participant' under the relevant team name
16. Click on 3 dot menu selection next to participant you want added
17. Click on 'Add to a Team'
18. Click on relevant team
19. Click on 'Yes, Add Participant'
20. You can also use the check box to add multiple participants to a team at once
21. Check the relevant participants
22. Click on Add to a Team
23. Completed teams will be displaying under their team name and team group
