Quick Summary:  
If you have received the below error when logging into the Learning Centre, please follow these steps.  
 
“We could not find a coach or referee registration connected to your Football Account. Please click the sign up link below to register in PlayFootball.” 

 
 
Key notes: 

This error occurs when a participant does not have an active registration in PlayFootball as a coach or referee. 

Steps to Completion: 
 
1. Login to PlayFootball via playfootball.com.au 
 
2. Navigate to https://www.playfootball.com.au/club-registration-search  
 
3. Type in the name of the club/association you will be refereeing or coaching with. 

Note: You will need to register as a ’coach’ or ’referee’. If the club/association does not have a refereeing or coaching product, follow the steps below. 
 
 

4. If you are not associated with a club or association, type in ’Learner’ in the search bar and select your relevant state. 

 

6. Complete the registration form as a ‘referee’ or ‘coach’ 

7. Allow 24 hours for this to feed into the Learning Centre before attempting to login here: https://learn.footballaustralia.com.au/training/index.cfm?event=page.login
