ℹ️ Following flow is how a participant would trigger a DTC
1. The DTC is triggered during the Regulation Details step of the registration flow
2. Click on Yes
3. Once the participant states that their previous club was a different organisation to the one they are registering for. They will be prompted to enter the previous club name and year.
4. Once the relevant details have been entered, the participant can carry on with the registration flow
5. Click on Confirm and Submit on the Review step
6. Participants that will require DTC approval will be presented with the following confirmation message
7. A draft registration will now exist under the participant profile
Note:
The Registration Status will be: DTC Pending
The Payment Status will be: Unpaid
ℹ️ Following flow is how the club admin would approve the DTC
8. Click on Approvals
9. Click on the DTC approval ticket
10. Relevant information will be displayed on the approval ticket
11. Click on Approve if all the details are correct
ℹ️ Following flow is how Football Australia admin would approve the DTC
12. Click on Approvals
13. Click on the DTC approval ticket
14. Relevant information will be displayed on the approval ticket with a text box
15. Type the Outcome Reason
16. Click on Approve
ℹ️ Following flow is how a participant would finalise their registration after their DTC has been approved
17. Select My Registration to be taken to the participant registration page
18. Note: Registration Status is now: DTC Cleared Awaiting Approval
19. Click on more
20. Click on Continue Registration and Pay
21. The participant will be taken to the payment screen where they can finalise the registration
22. Once the required information has been filled out, click on Submit Payment
