Refund requests can be initiated for registrations with a payment status of "PAID IN FULL" or "PAID REG FEE ONLY."
All refund requests must be submitted through the PlayFootball platform to ensure proper tracking and transparent communication across all involved organisations.
This process applies exclusively to fees paid online at the time of registration.
Refunds cannot be requested or processed for any offline payments made as part of the registration.
The status of your refund request can be tracked in real time via the member passport, with updates provided per organisation.
